Help determine the value of your home
As your realtor I will do a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to help you
determine what your home is worth. I will provide you with what is happening
in the marketplace including pertinent information on competing properties.
These are key factors in getting your property sold at the best price,
quickly and with minimum hassle. I will also recommend repairs or cosmetic
work that will significantly enhance the salability of your property.
Set up showings and open houses
Once listed I will place a sign outside and put a lockbox on your door so
other agents can bring qualified buyers to see your house. The lockbox will
track all showings and will allow me to obtain direct feedback on your
property from other agents. I will also schedule one or two open houses at a
convenient time for you and your family.
Marketing your home
At my own expense I will market your home to other real estate agents and
the public through the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS), mine and other
real estate websites, flyers, open houses and additional personal contacts
and resources.
Negotiating any offers
Using the contract forms that the Montana Association of Realtors is
continually reviewing and refining, I will bring knowledge and
problem-solving skills to the negotiation process. Between the initial sales
agreement and closing questions may arise, I will help you determine the
best approach to resolving these issues in order to move the transaction to
closing.

make your home-selling experience successful and as stress-free as possible.
